Human Resources and Administrative Executive (English/Mandarin Speaking)
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Human Resources and Administrative Executive to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general office management and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and On-boarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate HR records and documents
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required by local authorities
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Excellent English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or above/equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Experience working in new business set ups is a plus.
